Fresco is owned and run by Marco Tavoso and Cherry Bissell. Fresco's is built on the principles of creating excellent quality authentic Italian cuisine and providing a high level of efficient and friendly service.
At Fresco's we use fresh locally sourced produce where possible. Fresh pasta is homemade by our Chef Marco and we use only the best dried produce, pasta, olives and sundried tomotoes to name but a few, sourced direct from Italy.
Our unique service has established our place in this industry. This allows us to make a distinctive and substantial impact on our customers.

Behind the Scenes
Fresco's would like to introduce our chef, Marco Tavoso. Marco is a 3rd generation Italian chef whose cooking has been heavily influenced by his home town of Varese, Milan in Itlay, where he was taught to cook by his Mother and Grandmother and trained by Gualtiero Marchesi, one of the top international Italian chefs. Marco has truly followed in their foot steps and hopes to make one of his own!

Front of House
Fresco's Manager is Cherry Bissell. Front of house definitely belongs to her. Cherry is a local; born and bred in Teignmouth, however she spent a considerable amount of time in Italy working during the ski season in the Dolomites which is where she met Marco.
Fresco's will offer you a warm welcome, a really great choice of wines and some excellent food. Offering a small piece of Italy to the people of Devon for special occasions, whether it's a romantic meal for two, a family get together or a social gathering. We hope to see you soon.
